Our classes take place outdoors in any weather condition, with a sheltered area for bad weather. We use periodized training to design our sessions, which include functional strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.

Depending on the training phase, we may split or combine strength and conditioning to ensure a challenging workout and overall fitness improvement. Our workouts have a consistent structure but change frequently for motivation and freshness.

You need to bring your own dumbbells and exercise mat to every class.

We meet on M, W, Th, F at 5 a.m.

 SMALL GROUP

Join our Small Group Training sessions and enjoy the benefits of a structured and supervised workout with a small group of like-minded people (maximum of 6 participants). Whether you are new to fitness or want to challenge yourself, you will be guided through each exercise to help you improve your form, effort, and motivation. You will use various equipment to target different muscle groups and enhance your strength and conditioning. Each session lasts for 45 minutes and follows the same routine, so you can track your progress and achieve your fitness goals faster. All you need is a mat or a towel and a positive attitude.

If you want to improve your fitness and performance, our indoor sessions are designed for you. We tailor each workout to your specific goals, using a range of exercises and equipment to challenge you and keep you motivated.

Our program follows a periodization training method, which means you will do the same workout for 4-6 weeks, with some variations to prevent boredom. This way, you will see better results and avoid plateaus.

All you have to bring is a mat or a towel, and we will provide the rest of the equipment. Just book an appointment and get ready to sweat!

 NUTRITION

We provide you with three weekly meals, along with suggestions for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner to help you reach your goals. You can repeat these three days for more effortless goal achievement.

 

We will also provide you with recipe cards when necessary, ensuring quick and easy meal preparation. If you prefer not to shop or cook, we can design a convenient plan with tailored recommendations.

 

Your nutrition coach will ask you to record your food in MyFitnessPal, allowing us to monitor your progress and have a clear understanding during weekly check-ins.
