FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What do I need for my workout?
    Large Group Class: Dumbbells, Exercise Mat, Water, Sweat Towel Small Group Class: Exercise Mat, Water, Sweat Towel Personal Training: Exercise Mat, Water, Sweat Towel
  • Who can participate in D-FIT?
    Anyone interested in nutrition or fitness. You have access to a Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Nutrition Coach who can make modifications as needed and so your program will be a better fit for you.
  • Am I required to sign a contract?
    D-Fit does not have contracts. We like to do things the old way with a "hand shake agreement". We ask that you give your program at least 3 months before making the decision that it's not a good fit for you. Give it the good ol' College Try.
  • Do you have automatic recurring memberships?
    Yes. Your membership will have an automatic payment plan each month. You may choose to manually pay each month as well, but most like to set it and forget it.
  • Do you have a pay-in-full membership?
    Yes. You can pay your membership in full for 3-6 months. This option does not offer any discounts and is non-refundable. In the event of injury your "paid in full month" may be extended upon your return.
  • Is my membership refundable or transferable?
    Your membership is not refundable or transferable. Please be sure you are committed to your membership before signing up, or be sure to cancel your membership before your next payment date.
  • How do I cancel?
    It's simple. All it takes is a text message letting us know that you need to cancel. It'll be processed within 72 business hours of your notification. We ask that if you enjoyed the program you'll remember us when you're ready to return and you send us some referrals.
  • Can I change programs?
    Yes! As long as there is room or availability you can change your membership program as needed.
  • Can I attend any Small Group Class?
    You can only attend the Small Group Class on the specific day and time you signed up for.
  • Can I combine fitness programs?
    Yes! You can combine fitness programs and receive a discount for doing two fitness programs simultaneously.
  • Can I combine nutrition and fitness programs?
    Yes! Due to the already affordable rate we don't discount the nutrition program when combined with a fitness program.
  • What does the nutrition program include?
    Your coach will keep you accountable with a weekly check in. When you log your food in MyFitness Pal your coach will be able to see your progress to evaluate and make changes in your plan as necessary. Each plan includes 3 days of a breakfast, lunch and dinner - sometimes snacks too. These plans will be based on your daily caloric needs to meet your nutritional goals. Some meals will also include recipe cards for the dinners in the plan. These dinner recipes are simple, easy and have high ratings. They are also included with your family in mind.
